If you don't have a president, maybe a queen might help??

And if the good old guys cannot but adversarially fight, rethorically or as dogs, you might
end up with the middle class tory compromise of Thatcher, the milk snatcher.

Congress, parliement is supposed to represent their voters and the election system.

Something else is needed to balance that.

Ilmarinen.

PS That is why many informed americans speak the way they do about england,no
checks nor balances, although they know they speak from a not that much better situation, the
catch-22 of pure 2-parties.

(but england has the chance of doing something about it, although one should not speak about it)

Btw, if you have some information on the election, political, procedural system of both India and
Pakistan, I would be very happy

Btw,btw, Australia is struggling, hope they will find some kind of solution.
(rigid 2-party systems are kind of simple and easy, changing then might by difficult, and usually is)
