Thanks for the info on the Pentagon construction. Amazing that your friend only felt a shudder. I felt much more than that a few miles away, it probably depended on the direction of the shock wave.

On nuclear power plants and protection from aircraft impacts, I agree with you concerning the likelihood of another event of that exact nature. It's the threats we don't think about that can hurt us, and I don't think I'll specify the type of threats that worry me.
