You start out asking me to do your DD for you regarding why I believe Russ participates in pump and dump micro-crap G&S mining stock public and private postings here and elsewhere. I said NO, I won't do your work for you, nor tip ole Russ off on what posts violates which regs. I've repeatedly pointed out to you, that it IS your responsibility to get up to speed on the regs and either abide by them, or request that those who are not doing so, abide by them. You won't touch that because you appear to want to escape personal reponsibility for your investment/trading decisions. I do not share your slothful habits. You keep asking me to do your work for you. I keep saying NO You haven't accepted the validity of my no. I don't accept the sincerity of your incessant demands for me to do what you will not do for yourself. What dialog? You want dialog about specific gold & silver minings stocks and genuine discussions about whether or not they meet the 4 tenet template for starters, then by all means bring up a post or an equity. Let the discussion begin. Ole Marcos is good for either 17(a) or 17(b) summaries and opinions from the Canadian side of USA securities laws. However, he can' t or won't quote the section of the securities act that humbled Yorkton here stateside. But, shooting the messenger, or "badgering" me will not get you the results you seek, if it is truly information you want, which I sincerely doubt. Selah
