I could have sworn otherwise....coz their suburbs are named after the British cities and towns Amongst the "better classes" in those countries it is fashionable to be "tolerant" of the British LOL pommy = POM = Prisoner of (Her) Majesty. You have to understand the perspective a little. It was a country that received criminals from overseas. Therefore Britain was a country full of criminals, as that is where the POMS came from -g-
