adeq.state.az.us There is an interesting person on the Bull that seems to be doing some simple and needed due diligence. I wonder if my USPS observation was correct? Now that it is obivious GPGI has problems with getting a permit does anyone know if my assumption of USPS doing the producing is correct and should USPS start to climb with a simple PR stating so?? Does USPS have a permit problem also or not? I think not or why would they have a JV in the first place? Better management? Brains? come on. They have a permit! GO JV with USPS and GPGI!!
