I feel sorry for the people who flew here this week to get on the ship and found that not only was the ship not sailing, but they were out their money.

Points out a good reason to pay by credit card. The line stated that one of the things that put them under was that the credit card companies would not release funds to them quickly. I guess some of the people may be able to get a refund from their credit card companies.
