Seems simple enough to me. It sounds like we would be able to deport them, so we could use drugs on them, and then hand them over to other countries and hope they get prosecuted there. I would think the knowledge they have is infinitely more important than prosecuting them. Yet, we don't want to change the laws protecting us from unreasonable interrogation just so we can fit the circumstances of this case.
