Zeev, do you think teradyne is a special case or a harbinger; recently teradyne had a 300 milion convertible stock offering now raised to 350; also, it is selling real estate allegedly worth 200 million ; this will give teradyne an additional 550 mil to go with its previous 162 million. This is in the face of slowing demand and as you have stated writedowns of overcapacity. So the 2x book for Teradyne appears cloudy. I was wondering if you thought they were in greater financial trouble than it even appears? It looks like 20 has real support unless book tumbles.
