According to a Washington Post article quoting handwriting experts, the handwriting on Antrax-laced envelopes to Daschle, NBC etc bears no trace of "foreign accent".

It was done, according to the expect, by someone who apparently learned to write in this country, in keeping with the Palmer school of writing taught in most grade schools - whatever that means.
