Yes, Joan, Bio and Pharma are surely a relatively safer place for higher returns. When short term interest rates are at 2.5% a PE of 20 for a stock with a consistent growth in the 10% to 15% or higher is a bargain. That is why I like playing the bio Q for swings and have companies like MRK and COO in my "core".
