I think liberals might hate some of the things conservatives DO, but I hope they don't actually hate conservatives en masse. Of course it is a free country, and we have the right to hate. Some people just seem to want to exercise that right more than others. And then of course some people think criticism is the same as hate. Which is amusing. Considering who many of those people are.

I don't read rants much. Both sides have people that one might not wish represented their position. If all a person does is rant, whether left or right, I think they are mostly about ranting. I heard once that a good perspective on a person or group was to "turn the sound off" and watch what they do. If the only thing that distinguishes a person or group from another is what comes out of their mouth, there is not much of substance there anyway. Watch what they do, where they spend money and time. I don't listen to the ranters for very long on either side.
