Victor-It looks like domestic crazies at first but the results are more in the WTC class: Congress is closed and the Postal System is heading in that direction. General Hospital -- for nasal-swab tests and a 10-day supply of the antibiotic Cipro. About 150 employees at an airmail center near BWI airport also will get tests and antibiotics.
