Been there done that. It was fun ONCE.

How many people are in the United States right now? Is this 200 people a big percentage of that?

Lots of people go play tennis every week too but not many put in their own court. A lot of people go to out to dinner and eat exotic food, but they don't eat the same food at home. Plenty of people go to play miniature golf but I don't know of anyone who put in their own course. Lots of people went to karyoke bars but it didn't cause the majority of people to run out and buy a karyoke machine and those that did now sit idle. People go to amusement parks, but only Michael Jackson and Dolly Parton put in their own parks.

More people are waiting in line for Krispy Kreme Donuts right now than are waiting for virtual reality games. I don't see anyone cooking their own donuts.

Did it ever occur to you that what people do for entertainment is done because it gets them OUT of their house? What is successful as a form of entertainment doesn't necessarily translate into sales for equipment at home.

What is this system going to require me to do? Can I plug it in, turn it on, push a button and a preprogrammed virtual reality situation occur in my house or am I going to have to waste time installing the program and adjusting it to fit my house? Am I going to have to place equipment around the house or is it going to be possible to put the pc in an out of the way place? If I were to buy into this little toy, I'd want it to be as easy as playing a video tape, cd or dvd. Is it going to require more than that?

Maybe it's worth it just to pay the admission fee and have fun as a night on the town.

Is this what we have to have to grow pc sales? ROFLMAO! Nice toy that is going to take up my valuable time messing around with to do what I can do for a few bucks a few miles from here.

Ok. I'll pay for your virtual reality machine. I'll pay no more than $50. And I want it to work out of the box. Otherwise, forgetaboutit. I'll just go back to the virtual reality park if I get the urge again. I'm certain that if it were available, a small number of people would buy it but it wouldn't drive pc sales to the moon on it's own.

How far away is this little toy? Maybe we should all wait to get new machines, then, eh?
