I favor $20B annual R&D, subsidy in hydrogen federal program

we must treat this as a national major effort
fuel cells
solar and wind
cogeneration
methane
wean automobiles off gasoline

it will take 15 years at least
no better time than now to inaugurate the program
for national security
unstated goal: zero MidEast oil (especially Saudi)

over time I expect Saudi Arabia to become a cloaked adversary
if not already
