JRI, about Heinz' low prediction

I went through his old posts to try to find out what he was saying, and all I found is this one, which is pretty vague, without any details or reasons:http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=16472730

Did he say something else at another time that I might have missed? It's difficult for me to evaluate someone's opinion when he doesn't give some kind of explanation.
