Let us not forget that Ivanhoe was underwritten at C$18 per share by the Canadian establishment wanting, in full greed mode, another DFR. What a great promotional boondoggle that was as are all Friedland companies. Voisey's Bay was pure luck. The fact that there's an NSR on a base metal property tells you that. The promotion there was getting Inco pregnant and then sucking them totally into a bidding war with Falconbridge. That deal cost Inco at least 15 years of profitability and gave them a very inflexible balance sheet. Look at the history of Cornucopia, Vengold, Ivanhoe Pete, and Mt. Grant which he bought to vend in Galactic. Galactic was a beauty wasn't it? All promotions. Which shell is the pea under?

Check out his exploration efforts in China? They took him to the cleaners. What about African Minerals, another disaster? We'll see.
