dealer: Be careful w/ IMNY...

A headhunter brought me into that company in the boom period (in 1999)...Michael Dell's VC firm had just come on board as an investor...IMNY's a good firm BUT I feel it may have serious growing pains and be unable to survive as an independent company. I moved on before they went public and gave up some of my options -- I left primarily since I didn't like commuting from Chicago to the east coast and I had some concerns about IMNY's management and business model. A lot of talented team members have also moved on (many on their own)...yet, recently they have done several rounds of downsizing. IMNY has done a number of acquisitions since its gone public but I am hearing that the integration of these firms is a real challenge. Who knows, IMNY may surprise me BUT I have not owned their stock in quite some time. I also feel there are many better opportunities in the market. Just my views.

Good luck with the investing.

Regards,

Scott
