Red, news out on your pick QTA-v: Quaterra arranges $100,000 financing Tue 23 Oct 2001 News Release Mr. Thomas Patton reports Quaterra Resources has arranged a private placement for total proceeds of $100,000. The first portion of the placement will consist of 350,000 units at 20 cents for a total $70,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and a full warrant to purchase an additional common share at 25 cents in the first year and at 30 cents in the second year. The second portion of the placement will consist of 150,000 units at 20 cents for a total $30,000. Each unit will consist of one flow-through share and a full warrant to purchase an additional flow-through share for 25 cents in the first year and 30 cents in the second year. A finder's fee may be payable on a portion of the financing, all of which is subject to regulatory approval.
