All I'll say about a process evaluation by mr. putin is he is advised by his process analysts that are responsible for Russian technology. They are the process guys that shot down the KAL plane up close based on their rules of engagement. Would you like a Russian car or an American car. Mr. putin comes with training in 5 year planning and has an economy smaller the South Korea. who would have thought .... Is there some relavance to domestic airliners and missle defense? I've heard the economy as an excuse for missle defense and I've heard suicidal North Koreans as an excuse for missle defense, and even silo stealing bandits as an excuse for missle defense, but never before have I heard someone put forth widespread ignorance about threats as an excuse for missle defense.
