Ann, under Clinton we had prosperity, peace, a budget surplus, no attacks on the US, lowest unemployment in 30+ years, and a budget surplus!!!!!!!!!!!! What do we have now, please answer the question as it relate to the above!!!!!!!!!!!

ineffective intelligence gathering
The intelligence was reported by the CIA. Things like Bin Laden telling his wife to get back to Afganistan before 9-11. It's just that Bush was too busy learning to read from 3 graders and he can only do one thing at a time. Like now.
