I guess it just seems to me that as a people who are occupiers [Isrealies] it would be encumbant upon them to make the first move... ie. the Palestinians have little to offer. <It was tried during Clinton's presidency, and ended up no go. I think that the Palestinians will never get anything close to that offer again.> Well, then how anyone would expect the violence to stop is beyond me. As a U.S. citizen I would have a hard time pouring money into that bottomless pit to be honest. DAK
