Hi Doug - I am looking right at the APWU website, which states that OCR is level 5. apwu.org apwu.org I've got the Union Handbook at my office but I am not at work now, thank goodness.-g- I am certainly not a member of the Union, just one of the very few lawyers around here willing to take on the Postal Service. I am not a labor lawyer by any means, mostly have handled discrimination cases but also some this and that. The stories I have learned from people who work for the Postal Service are hair-raising. I have never seen a place which is more abusive to its workers. On the other hand, the combination of civil service with union and merit systems protection board means that it is extraordinarily hard to fire bad apples. I think it must be a horrible place to work but the money is good and the benefits are good so people try to tough it out. P.S. last time I took a tour of Merrifield, a couple of years ago, they still had LSMs. Maybe I need to learn all new acronyms?
