Well I guess I could have cited his personal negligence and abuse of office by citing his perjury in a grand jury investigation, also his personal corruption for transferring technology to China for campaign contributions (would that have been treason as well?), negligence again for his failure to handle the Somalian withdrawal correctly. His failure to fully pursue OBL while president. Further negligence for cutting our armed forces in half - most particularly driving the corps of our veteran officers out of their chosen professions. Economically: His negligence and failure in not cutting taxes in 99 and keeping this economy rolling.... That action was the final evidence that Slick Willy was simply a bystander to an economy reaping the benefits of the internet and technology explosions. Rubin did OK though. Though this would all be obvious to someone as ebulliant and enlightened as yourself (that was sarcasm). DOnt forget the lithium or the prozac.
