If it was a "nutcase American" kinda thing...it would have happened before this. Developing and storing anthrax is not something done in somebody's garage or basement. It took years of planning to pull off the WTC/Pentagon attacks. That kind of planning obviates followup assaults. Such followups would not be small-minded considering the size of the initial attack. Communication/command/control are the words we hear from our govt about the targets in Afghanistan. The targets here are the same. Anthrax in the postal system is an attack on communication. If we do not treat it as such, we allow it to be more effective...whether the threat is really "credible" or not.
