Bravo! A far clearer idea of what's in our long-term national interests than the slop that Congress seems to be serving up now to their favorite campaign contributors.... If we're going to continue to raid Social Security, it might as well count for something useful.

Good link That's the first coherent approach appearing so far, that I've seen in print. I've heard television discussion, but minimal. This is worthy of a website to collate all such scenarios and ideas, costs, implications, and participation. Management of the crisis has been so far reactionary, as might be expected.
