We have hit my target for how high tech can go and still turn down.

My favoured count, by a hair, says we just hit the high and are heading down. This would call for an intraday reversal, which I admit is more rare.

If this is right, I'll let the first leg go by and short the bounce.

If I am wrong, I will join the mania for a long s-t trade sometime after we print a new high.
