Of course. They just need to be educated. They just need exposure to other cultures. It will only enrich them. They will do the hard work by themselves. give them the tools and they will do it. Make it a covert operation of excessive giving. Shit. It can't hurt. Infect the fiber of their fear. Kind of a twisted idea. but hey. They expect the worst. Give them everything they want. You could even give them free flying lessons. You could use the apaches that are already over there.
