More arrogance. I worked for a couple of years as rank and file worker and seven years in middle management of a manufacturing company following my undergrad degree and while saving money so that I could work toward, then working toward my JD in the evening division of my law school. My experience is the same as yours and frankly, your attitude is a perfect example of just exactly why unions present such a serious problem in today's business culture. JLA
