Once again, someone dings the ask for $0.01 with 100 shares showing. In the past, this behaviour has been displayed by someone who actually ONLY wants to sell 100 shares. It isn't a fake, or hasn't been in the past.

We are dealing with a stock where a given seller goes for $1.
