I agree that bonds are topping out and they will likely have a bad year in 2002. I also just refinanced my house because of this belief. Now is the time to get out of bonds, I have been advising my bond holding friends to lighten up.

But in my "day job" I continue to see people chase returns and load up on the bond funds and especially the inflation linked bonds, thankfully I am not in an advisory position here and let them follow the returns.
