another one, one that I have back tested over 2 years worth of data, it's about 86%... Doesn't mean we can't have some up, but says we should make lower lows once given.

EDIT, I will post if given or not. We would have to start moving to above 90 and hold it for 3-4 15min bars for it not to be given...

No, NQ/NDX are holding that line (there may have been an insignificant probe under it in NDX, but I don't even think we got that). COMPX is still noticeably above the equivalent line.

Anyway, a probe under a TL is more often a signal to get long for a scalp than it is a sell signal.

Got that 15min sell signal, any break and hold above 1091 would negate it.
