First strike happened on 9/11 with flying airplane bombs. I am only advocation deterrence which is the threat of nukes if weapons of mass destruction(all of them) are used. I might include another plane attack in that definiton as well. What you tell them and the whole world IN ADVANCE--if you do A, we do B. Once said you must do it. I wouldnt consider that a first strike by us at all, would you? mike
