No definitive answer there. I need to see a significant break that lasts for a few bars. Take a look at the Dow chart for example. Use 15min from the 19th. There we have a significant break of the UT line and we are building a backtest now. I call that a break and not a probe. If it were to climb back over the line (again, significantly and for a few bars) then I would consider that a bullish failure and would act on it long.
