DMNX eClubsworldwide Enters Joint Venture Agreement With Instant Impact

NEW YORK, Oct 23, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- (OTCBB: DMNX) eClubsworldwide
(formerly Dominix), has entered into a joint venture with Instant Impact to
co-market its international call center capabilities.

Instant Impact is a leader in the field of direct response services, which
include inbound and outbound call centers and media buying. Eclubsworldwide and
Instant Impact are currently working on four separate contracts, each

involve offshore call-center projects with a major telecom company, wherein the
company estimates a potential value in the $6-8 million range.

Don Fenhagen, President of Instant Impact, said, "Eclubsworldwide is an ideal
partner because of their outstanding technical expertise. They represent the
best that offshore call centers have to offer." EClubsworldwide CEO Henry Abreu
said, "Our arrangement with Instant Impact is very strategic. Contracts like
these will offer us even greater exposure to multi-million dollar contracts with
leading credit card and other Fortune 500 companies."
