3 putt... perhaps the answer to your question is not so much it hasn't been thought of, but rather how much its going to cost to the already injured airline industry. The government either put forth the money neccessary to provide public safety or more people will be hurt. Sadly so, I predict the latter. On another subject, we are hearing more of other biowarfare possibilities such as smallpox... I checked with my doctor and county health department of possibly getting vacinated and guess what??? None available. Informing the public of smallpox but not giving us an avenue to prevent it, is an outrage IMO.
