In this case we know why the CFO has resigned, I've got 4 posts from the past week on this thread that are
WSJ stories (mostly) outlining to everyone the nonsense they pulled with the CFO having a conflict of interest
since he was running private partnerships that were buying and selling assets, liabilities and other financial
transactions with ENE. And worse Skilling was earnings for himself a % of the partnerships profits.

the question is it in the stock? more importantly is there more to come. Cramer says he would not touch
ENE .
