JC, I don't pretend to be an expert here, but with the rate of growth at Dell, there are sure to be bubbles where technical support has to catch up to the volumes of clients that Dell needs to support. Personally, I've known quite a few people with Dell computers, and except for one case, they've had a perfect experience. The one exception was a bad video card. My friend called Dell, and explained the problem, and because Dell no longer had that video adapter in stock, they shipped the next higher model for free. Because of a faulty video adapter, my friend received a free video upgrade. On the other hand, this is just one more data point. I'm sure others have not had as good of an experience as my friends.
