Freep, I was looking at the QQQ and NDX values at a bit before 4:00PM as well as other times during the day. The closing trades on the QQQ are sometimes settlement trades after the close. Either way, if you check throughout the day, you'll see that the QQQ has been consistently below the NDX value intra day for at least the past 10-days, when I started noticing it.
