I would be interested in knowing where M.E. oil would be at if the developed world did not "help" by coming over to exploit it.

Their cost of production is very low, far lower than most other sources.

At 11$ they can still make a tidy profit; many other oil fields around the world are close to break even at that price.

25$ or 100$ - doesn't matter. I'd be interested in what global economic forcasts are with oil at 100$ on a sustained basis.

It will not be a pretty picture...
