The only difference, to quote a finnish opinion in EU, is if it is common, _open_ knowledge and made legal
through tariffs and taxes.

Without getting into why islam specifies that in the desert it is the buyer who sets
the price on water.
(and without getting too deep into telecommunication, the issues of Motorola, Lucent and Nortel, not
to forget Qualcom)

That is, at that point one need to start thinking of the "human rights", read and study both the
present articles of UN, the history behind them as well as how they might look in a decade or
two. (this serious stuff..especially at this time in history)
