(and without getting too deep into telecommunication, the issues of Motorola, Lucent and Nortel, not to forget Qualcom) I'm sure some have detected my general point of views from that background?? That is, at that point one need to start thinking of the "human rights", read and study both the present articles of UN, the history behind them as well as how they might look in a decade or two. (this serious stuff..especially at this time in history)
