Peter, please be assured that your efforts in maintaining perspective on this board are much appreciated, at least by those of us who have collected handsome monthly tax-advantaged income distributions, while watching the price of our units increase.

--------------- Thanks for the feedback. I have been investing for more than 20 years. I have been in these trusts for nearly 20. They have been by far, the best ,and easiest ( no-brainer ) investments I have come across. . Its a good idea to keep in mind that these trusts are INCOME TRUSTS, thats their primary focus. Those handsome monthly tax-advantaged income distributions are the MEAT. While the increase in the unit pricing when it comes along is just the added GRAVY. When the prices fall its not the end of the world. Its just an opportunity to get more units at cheap, and cheaper prices. Its because of the inherent cyclical nature of the commodities that those increases in unit prices allways comeback. And its with that comeback and the wise accumulating that those who are in them for the long term can and do prosper. Let those that trade these do what they want. A very very few will be able to make a go of it. The vast majority however will fail and fail miserably. Thats the real record as can be attested to here.
