The utter disaster that Gore would have been both economically and as a "leader" against the terrorist threat is absolutely unimaginable. Fortunately, we don't HAVE to imagine: Al Gore lost in 2000. There may not be another Democratic president for 30 years...

Dear rich4eagle: To make such a statement you either have got to believe that terrorists would feel with Gore in office they could achieve their goals without force or else you got to be really a believer in pipe dreams. Gore like Clinton would have been a mealy mouth small time crook incapable of withstanding scrutiny. Have you never talked to anyone from Tennessee who KNOWS HIM?? I travelled the entire state and there he is considered UNDESIRABLE. JDN
