Dear Westi: — Police would be able to secretly search the homes of suspects, tap all their cell and home phones and track their use of the Internet under anti-terrorism legislation moving toward final congressional approval this week. Frankly, I dont have a problem with any of that SO LONG as they use the proper definition of SUSPECT!! If it is written so open ended that anyone can be considered a suspect without SIGNIFICANT cause then I can see plenty of power to abuse down the road. Hope they have something in that bill restricting such possabilities. JDN
