I think they deny that American culture is a legitimate culture worthy on its own merits. A key aspect of American culture is that it is composed of the best parts of all, or nearly all cultures. As I mentioned in another post, it is not for nothing that the motto of the United States is E Pluribus Unum. That seems to be lost on the liberal left.

Native American culture is included in most multicultural curriculum. - or did you have a different definition of real AMERICAN?
