For fiscal year 2002, proforma losses exclude goodwill amortization, inventory charges related to excess and obsolete inventory and restructuring charges.

I thought they said with the Teltrend aquisition that there would be goodwill amortization for about a year after the deal? How much was goodwill, how much was inventory and how much was restructuring? - and when will this stuff end?

I like the fact they see orders. This may or may not help them get profitable (they ARE Westell after all) but it may mean the transport stocks will see it in a few months.
