There is a version of that up in my neck of the woods. It's published by a rag called "Washington Law and Politics," and is really a sly marketing tool for the publication. People are named as "Super Lawyers" in a special issue of the publication, with pretty pictures and a nice write-up. What they don't say is that the "Super Lawyers" pay a fat fee to be listed. I'd say David Boies is probably one of the 100 best lawyers in the country. Hillary? Nahhhhhhhh.
