Almost all healthy people will only suffer minor discomfort without any antibiotics. People that have other health concerns will require medication. This is true for the skin based version. Yes, the more serious airborne is serious, and may even require hospitalization. Yet it is not a wide spread threat, and is not likely to become one. The problem that I have is not that 2 or 3 people dying is not a problem, but all we hear is anthrax, anthrax, anthrax!!!! What is going on in the rest of the world? Terry
