OT WC, Congressman Peter King(R NY) spoke to the nuclear issue today on Fox. He basically said what many of us have said here. To think that Bush and team are not considering this possibility is crazy. Cheney last night again predicted a big second strike. Many folks believe this anthrax stuff is just a distraction to tie up our FBI in a futile search while the real terrorists execute their next attack. If Cheney is right and thousands more americans are killed, the left will probably claim that we provoked them. Anyway if there is another big strike, the gloves will start to come off. Right now i have 300 million americans to worry about before i consider what the rest of the world wants or doesnt want. There are no underlying causes that justify what they have already done, much less what evil they are now planning. Most countries exactly in our position would have already used far more lethal force. Here the peace movement is so strong, when they dont get their way in civilized discussion, they quit the amat thread. Why would the left own stocks anyway? mike
