In that case, we should drop a nuclear bomb on Bagdad, kill Saddam and 7M Iraqis, and announce that we have plenty more for the other 1.25B Muslims in the world if the terrorism doesn't stop. NOT!!!!! Your nuke scenario reminds me of the fable about the mice that gathered to find a solution for the cat. If a bell could be tied around the cat's neck, problem solved. If Bin Laden and all the terrorists in the world would only gather in some isolated cave where a "clean" nuclear device could destroy them with no immediate collateral damage and without generations of people in the area getting cancers and suffering genetic birth defects.
