Arafat must've known about the upcoming attack on America. He turned down a generous offer of peace and a Palestinian State. After many years, the Palestinians were offered a State, financial assistance, land and peace. They turned it down. Now they are hot to trot to get the offer back. Could it have been that, in their peabrains, they figured that America would be destroyed and they could get all of Israel for their State? Arafat and the Palestinians KNEW about the Sept 11th attack on America. THEY KNEW!
